- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please note orders made after 11:00 AM (PST ) will be shipped the next business day. See bottom of this website for details of our Shipping Policy.

- What are your methods for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept Paypal.

- I am trying to purchase a multimedia player with a hard disk drive. Can I request the hard drive to be formatted without any additional charge?
We normally supply the hard disk drive without formatting. But, upon your request, we could supply the media player with the hard drive as formatted, without any additional charge. See more details at "Technical Information" on the right column of the website.

- What is your return and warranty policy?

- How can I be sure my credit card is secure on your website?
We are aware of the security and privacy issues surrounding the use of the internet. We sell our products to retailers, businesses and individuals. We offer discount codes for bulk orders. Email us at info@unicsen.com with your information to get the discount codes.

- How do I order at UnicSen?

Order Process:
Step One: Add items to your shopping Cart
Click on the 'More Detail' or the ‘Buy’ button just below the item description. Make sure if you need any optional accessories that are shown below product description.
If you click on the ‘Buy’ button, the first page that you will see will allow you to select the quantity of any item you intend to purchase or to remove any item from your cart.

Step Two: Checkout
If you click on the 'Checkout' button, the five-step of checkout process begins.

1) Register/Log In, Address:
You will be asked to type your e-mail address and password in this page. (If you are a first time buyer at UnicSen, you will have to register your address and telephone number. We frequently send you a discount coupon and new product information under your permission). Clicking on the 'Continue' button leads to the address confirmation page.

2) Shipping:
Clicking on the 'Continue' button leads to the page for selection of SHIPPING PROVIDER and SERVICE TYPE. You will choose the Shipping Provider, either UPS or FedEx at your convenience, then select the delivery Service Type. UPS provides six types of deliveries while FedEx provides five.

3) Summary:
Clicking on the 'Continue' button leads to next page showing the Summary of your order, including Invoice Price. In this page you will select the PAYMENT METHOD, either by Credit Card or Paypal. In this page you are also prompted to enter the Discount or Gift Certificate Code, if you have one.

4) Payment/Place Order:
You may put your payment information on this page.

5) Confirmation:
You can finalize your order by confirming your order information on this page.
